Use of My Graphics means you accept these terms whether you've read them or not. I have the right to change my T.O.U. at any time.

All graphics offered on this site are purchaseware, which means that you must pay applicable fees to use them. You are purchasing a non-transferable license. You are not purchasing exclusive rights or my copyright. I will always retain the copyright to any image that I create.

In no way are my graphics allowed to be included or used in any "as is" offers.

My Graphics are not to be offered as blank sigtags.

No one may color in my lineart for you. You must do this yourself.

A link back to my site is required. I will provide a logo for you to use or you may use a text link. Please respect this so others will know you have permission to use my graphics.

Lineart and gifs (tubes) may be used and sold as premades, sigtags, stationary, web sets etc. It is not to be distributed in it's original form or used to make tutorials, you must color it in, add accessories etc. In other words do not resell my unchanged lineart and gifs. You may change/move pixels, recolor or reshade, feel free to play around with them.

Regarding Gifs (tubes): You may make and offer tubes from my lineart and gifs as long as they are changed from their original form (lineart must be colored in, gifs (tubes) must be mixed in with other elements etc).

None of my images may be made into lineart, please do not make/distribute them as such.

Please use a working paypal e-mail address when submitting payment. If you do not hear from me within 24 hours of payment being sent please contact me.

All Sales Are Final! Once payment is received, there are no refunds.

Save them to your computer. Do not direct link. Hotlinking to anything on my site unless otherwise stated is not allowed.
